Policy last updated on 17/10/2025Thank your for your interest in Bingo Private Limited (BPL) owner of Labaladeh. For any reason you find your self in need of refund for a transaction authorized at BPL please check below eligibility criteria before initiating a refund request.1) Initiation of refund starts with email recieved at support@labaladeh.com 2) To be entitled for refund authorization date of purshase should not exceed 5 bussiness days.3) Refund should be done in full amount4) Refund can only be initiated once purshase of goods are returned to pickup location or to person/delivery company which delivered the goods to your address5) Note that client will be responsible for all return shipment/delivery charges6) Refund to be recieved 15 days after refund date request.7) Refund to appear on your card statement after 1 or 2 billing cycles8) Exception apply on unpackaged, defective and damaged items.
